Searcy Charter Presentation

The Searcy Professional Fire Fighters Local 2397 will be hosting a Charter Presentation Reception at 1:00PM on Thursday October 27, 2011. The reception will be held at Spring Park at the corner of Main Street and Woodruff Avenue in Searcy. Everyone is invited out to welcome and meet our newest members of the APFF. Conway Local 4016 President Settles Lawsuit

Late in 2009 the IAFF approved a lawsuit to be filed under the IAFF Guardian Policy for Conway Local 4016 President Damon Reed.

Camp Sunshine 2010 Underway

The 2010 installment of Camp Sunshine is underway at Camp Aldersgate in Little Rock..Camp Sunshine, a four-day camp for pediatric burn survivors, is sponsored by the Arkansas Professional Firefighters Association in cooperation with Arkansas Children's Hospital.

Attorney General Presents $100,000 To Memorial

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel was one of several speakers Wednesday as the 2010 convention of the Arkansas Professional Firefighters Association continued in Conway. The highlight of McDaniel's comments was the presentation of a $100,000 check from the Office of the Attorney General towards construction of the Arkansas Fallen Firefighters Memorial on the grounds of the State Capitol.
